Sweet, earthy and packing a cheeky little chilli kick, our Blueberry & Beetroot Chilli Preserve brings together juicy blueberries, rich beetroot and fiery Scotch Bonnet chillies for a combination that really shouldn’t work this well… but it absolutely does. Rich, fruity and savoury with a warming finish, it’s brilliant with cheese boards, burgers, roast meats, sausages, cold cuts and crusty bread. It also makes a cracking glaze for meats or a spoonful alongside your favourite pie.Made in Cumbria in small batches with big flavour.Beetroot and blueberries finally got together. The Scotch Bonnet turned up uninvited and made things interesting.
